Delivery & Shipping:
Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process. Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable) Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for days, after this time line, Tulip Furniture shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.  We normally ship every orders within 5-7  working days. 

Damages :
Tulip Chairs delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle- free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personal immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at tulipofficefurniture82@gmail.com. Damage and defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Tulip Chairs, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Tulip chairs, to address the issue.Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible. Custom Made Orders These special- order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We require a 50% deposit for all Additional Color, Additional Frame And Custom ordermerchandise. Once you place your order for Additional Color, Additional frame or Custom merchandise, you have 72 hours to change or cancel. After 72 hours, your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. The 72-hour time frame begins as soon as you place your order and confirm your fabric selection in a store or online. For Personalization orders, the full amount is required at time of purchase; personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time and are nonrefundable.
